Auto update of date in a specific cell?

This is likely an easy one, but it's driving me bananas. I simply want to update a "Last updated" cell any time new information is added within a range of a worksheet. While I've been able to figure out (with a Google search) how to automatically date stamp a relatively referenced cell cell, I've not been able to figure out the VBA to do exactly what I hope to do. Can anyone please offer help?

Specifically, what I hope to do is have cell "D2" automatically update to the current date whenever new information is added (including edits) within the range "A4:Z200"

Any advice is appreciated, thank you in advance.

Something like this should do the trick. It needs to go into the specific sheet module - not a regular module.
