Random Cell Selection

I have this form which I need to automatically be populated (tabs 1 and 2) using the information on tab 3. I have tab 1 set up to randomly populate, I need tab 2 to do the same but preventing any conflicts (i.e the duplicate names cannot appear on the same week.) Please note that the source for each section differ from each other.

I see you have formulae in column "C" of "Sonido" to choose a random name. Do the names in column "B" of "Sonido" remain fixed or do they change? Does this also apply to the names in column "B" of "Acomodadores"?

thanks, yes column B in "sonido" remain the same always. the only ones that should change are Columb C "Sonido" and Columns B and C "Acomodadores".
