Finding next empty row to paste data

Hello...
On Sheet1 I have some data that changes constantly. I am trying to watch some of those numbers. How do I find the next empty row on sheet2 to paste my numbers there?

Any ideas it will be appreciated.

Thanks for the reply!

Unfortunately that didn't work.

Basically, what I am trying to do is to get ranges A16:E32 from sheet1 copy and paste on sheet2 the next empty row; starting at F2.

Any other ideas?
