    Opening Multiple Files

Hello I am new to the forums and have a quick question on opening multiple files using a macro.

At the moment I am altering a previous macro that opened an excel file and imported the data into a template that then did some number crunching and created a graph. I am now trying to do the same thing but with multiple files at one time.

Also I am currently using Application.FindFile command to open the file.

    Hello toggel,

    Welcome to the Forum!

There is some information missing from post. Let's start with the files.

    1. Do you know where these are located (disk, directory, etc.)?
    2. Will the user be selecting them from a dialog?
    3. Will these files be Excel workbooks (.xls extension)?
    Sincerely,
    Leith Ross

Yes they know where the files are located, Yes they will be selecting them from the dialog , and yes they are all single paged workbooks. Now from what I know that command will open the workbooks but after that is there a way to set them into a dynamic array which i can then loop the rest of my macro through?

    something like

or is it not possible to make an array of workbooks?
