The use of AI tools (e.g. chatGPT, BARD, GPT4 etc) to create forum answers is not permitted. If a user is believed to have used such tools to provide a forum answer, sanctions may be imposed.
HOW TO ATTACH YOUR SAMPLE WORKBOOK:Unregistered, Fast answers need clear examples. Post a small Excel sheet (not a picture) showing realistic & representative sample data WITHOUT confidential information (10-20 rows, not thousands...) and some manually calculated results. For a new thread (1st post), scroll to Manage Attachments, otherwise scroll down to GO ADVANCED, click, and then scroll down to MANAGE ATTACHMENTS and click again. Now follow the instructions at the top of that screen.

Search (find) data record and edit in Excel
Hello,
I am working on an Excel file with an input sheet that add's the numbers to the end of a 'database' in the sheet data. So far no problem. With a pivot table an overview is created and now I want to make it possible to change a line (record) in the data sheet. See conditions in Pivot Overview sheet.
How can we do this?
Manual filtering in data sheet is not an option!
