Auto Print Specfic Cells

Good morning all

I have made a macro that will lookup a persons name add all there information to a sheet then print it, the problem i have is i have some teams bigger then others and will print empty sheets. In order to get the name i have to use a simple formula (if you can call it that) =Z1 then =Z2 then =Z3 etc, each Z is a persons name.


What i need to do is place something in the macro that will only print if there is a name in the cell, can anyone please help me on this, i have attached an example for you.
