Speedometer charts

Hi,

I am pretty much new to excel,I just know the basic functions.Now i need to create a speedometer chart to represent a dashboard for indicating actual values and target values during a particular period of year.The data I have is like this:

period :jan09-dec09
Target:100
Actual:50-100

Any guidence would be of great help!
