Hyperlink with no ScreenTip ?
Is it possible to have a Hyperlink with no ScreenTip?
If you don't specify one then the screentip is whatever the link goes to, if you do specify one then it's what you specify...
At the moment I am specifying it as " ", but of course that still pops up a small yellow box. Is there anyway to make it gone completely?

In Excel, the answer is no. Because hyperlinks are application dependent, I can't say if it is possible to suppress the Screen Tip in other applications.

As a trade-off, you can use a blank comment. I would set the properties of the comment's size to 0.01 size. You can then use this code to make the connecting line and arrow white or black or whatever your background is. White is not too bad.

No. The deal is that comment tooltips take precedence over hyperlink's tooltips or popup messages.
