    layout of forms

    Hello,

My question is about setting the initial layout of forms.

First, is there a way to create a form that is not a square or rectangle? I want to present the user with an L-Shaped form that will surround the main workspace.

If this is not possible, I want to make two separate rectangular forms and have them each preset to be laid-out so that together they make the L-Shape and at least appear to be one form.

So is it possible to preset where a form shows up in the user's workspace? Maybe even perhaps snap two forms together?

Thank you for your help in advance!!!

It is possible using API to create a non standard userform shape.

What will you do if the workspace is maximised?

Assuming the userforms will need to be modeless I would go with 2 forms.
    Cheers

    Andy,
That's a good point about maximizing. Thanks for pointing that out.

I'm going to go with two separate forms.

Is there a way to set where the forms appear in the workspace?
