Passing username and password to a webpage

Does exist a way to access a webpage with login method (username and password) from a excel macro?

Obviously I know the password and username.

I'm working in a tool for my work but in order to avoid the donwloading of a file (database cycle time report) every time, I would like that the report can be accessed directly from excel when user specify it.
