    VBA Time Filter

ok, second attempt at this post as this website seems to time out like no bodies business,

i have a spread sheet with 2 sheets, one has fields for filter criteria and a button to apply the criteria amongst other things...

i have successfully got my data filter working but sadly i cannot get my start time and end time filter working, i am using HH:MM format but i still dont appear to be having much luck can any one offer any assistance

many thanks to the one who helps me solve this dilema

    re: VBA Time Filter

Autofilter works fine with dates and times. Does the column store pure times, or does it include (but not display) the date?

    Re: VBA Time Filter

it doesn't include the date at all, however i have tried lots of VBA code and i don't appear to be able to get it to work, could you possibly show me an example of the code that would get it to work?

    Re: VBA Time Filter

    SHG,

i have attached an extraction of my workbook which has the troublesome part on it, as you can see on sheet1 i have a start and finish time and on sheet2 i have a list of times in "A", i am looking at using the times on Sheet1 to filter the list on sheet2 i would like be able to do it on a button click as well...

the people i am working on this for would like it as simple as possible, asking them to customise autofilter is too much... shame i like custom filter
