Count # Of Codes Used Based On %

Hello,

I have a spreadsheet that we use to track errors in a production process. In each row, we select one of nearly 75 'error codes'. Each error code corresponds to a different problem within our production process.

I'd like to have the codes summed by the number of times they appear, and also have the frequency of appearance displayed in descending order. We'd like to pull the data on a YTD, Monthly, and Weekly basis.

My sample spreadsheet is attached. I'm unsure where to start with this.
