The use of AI tools (e.g. chatGPT, BARD, GPT4 etc) to create forum answers is not permitted. If a user is believed to have used such tools to provide a forum answer, sanctions may be imposed.
HOW TO ATTACH YOUR SAMPLE WORKBOOK:Unregistered, Fast answers need clear examples. Post a small Excel sheet (not a picture) showing realistic & representative sample data WITHOUT confidential information (10-20 rows, not thousands...) and some manually calculated results. VBA: Search for text in database in copy cells within target rows
Hi,
I hope somebody can help me creating a macro for finding text values within a database.
I'm not so good in VBA, so I try this forum.

See attachment.
I want to know all notifications of a batch in my spreadsheet. The batch is in cell A1 and I want to look for this text in column D. The amount of hits can variate from batch to batch

Second, I want to copy the cells in the same row of the hits to another worksheet.
I can use the find and findnext function, but I'm not so good in implementing this all in a macro.

Can anybody help me with this issue ?
