copying or creating button with same name

Having created a new sheet (ENG) and pivot table there is a requirement to close the sheet and return to “Control Panel” Unfortunately when the macro to create a new table is run again the button to return is also deleted. I have attempted to create /copy a button into the sheet but the button name increases numerically, ie Button 4,..5,..6 etc. The original request was to have separate named sheets so this would not have been a problem for me. How do I create a button using a constant name?
