Transfer Item From Range1 to Range2 Using ListBox

Dear All,

I Have A 2 Range Named Range1 & Range2 and 2ListBox Named ListBox1 & ListBox2 in Userform1.

Listbox1.Rowsource = Range1
Listbox2.Rowsource = Range2

Now I Want to transfer items from Range1 to Range2 or viceversa usiing ListBox. Please help me to codify this.

Example file will be a better soultion.
