    grouping a list

    How would I automatically group (into expland/collapse buttons on the left) this list. (the actual list is very long and more complex).

    LV LV0 LV1 LV2 LV3 Title
    00 00 Animal
    01 01 Fish
    02 02 Trout
    02 02 Pike
    02 02 Tuna
    02 02 Salmon
    01 01 Dog
    03 02 Huskey
    03 03 Siberian
    03 03 Malimut
    02 02 German Shepard
    02 02 Golden Retreiver

    Can someone write a macro for this?
