    That works great, but when I try to update the data it finds what it does is inserts new data line, I want to override/update the data i find

    Thanks for all your help man. I did some changes to the form. I've added three rows at the top for tittle, date and some other stuff, but now the issue is the headers in the find form are not coming up right. I tried making some changes to the coding, but since I'm new to this VB thing I couldn't figure it out, took me all night last night with no luck.

    Also I've added a Total Line and a Percentage line. Is it possible to have the program automatically and rows above the Total line? I could add these two line at the top also and it shouldn't be a big deal right?
