Updating Data in Workbook using UserForm

Hello All,

This is my first post here and I've been trying to get this thing working for a while and have not been able to. I have created a userform that enters data into a spreadsheet just fine, but my problem is that I want to be able to search the spreadsheet using one or more of the fields that are also used to enter the data, say I may just need another button on my current form that will be called Find! and once pressed all data will be displayed on the userform ready to be edited by the user.
