I have created a macro to prepare an Excel sheet with data to be used in a mail merge. I have also set up a word document with the mail merge, and am now trying to open the word document automatically from the Excel sheet when it has been prepared.
I am using the following code:
It opens the file fine, but it does not update when the Excel sheet has been changed. When I open the word document directly from Word it reminds me data will be used from a source and whether I wish to proceed, but this does not happen when I run the macro. Can anybody see why that might be?![]()
