Fill in cell value on a scorecard

I am going to use my spreadsheet to manage golf tournaments. I have it setup to be able to printout scorecards. i want to be able to also fill in a cell
on the scorecard that tells each group which hole to Tee off from when they start their round. I want to be able to put in the hole number for group 1 to start on.... then the code will fill in the rest of the cards off of the first start hole. I have it figured when there are 18 holes but sometimes my tournaments will have as many as 27 holes per round. I can't figure out the math when i go over 18 holes. I attached a sample workbook so you can see what i am trying to do.

In the example i want group 1 to start on hole 12. i then stagger the groups as follows.

group 2 tees off on #13
group 3 tees off on #11
group 4 tees off on #14
group 5 tees off on #12

stagger until all 27 groups get assigned to a start hole.

    Thanks

    Hi Traymond,

As a former golf professional who has run many tournaments, I just have to ask why you would want to do this "stagger" setup?

For shotgun starts such as this, there's usually a specific pattern that works on each course based on factors such as the order of par 3's, 4's and 5's, distance between holes, difficulty of holes, etc. Even in a partial shotgun or a double-shotgun (or in the case of 27 teams, a one-and-a-half shotgun) there's typically a pattern to follow when assigning holes.

These are not your normal golf tournaments. there is a reason i need to stagger the groups this way sometimes.
