I can't do that as it's confidential work-related information. Do I just make up a fake one to attach?
chelseasikoebs,
A copy with the sensative information changed would be helpful.
And, manually populate the results for some of the information.

How's this? I kept in the simple IF statements in the columns to the right of the information. But, as you can see, there are large gaps between information in the right-hand columns depending on where the products, etc. are listed in left-hand columns. I would want it look something like Sheet2.
Sample Label Info.xlsx

chelseasikoebs,
See the attached workbook "Creating a list in one column based on criteria in two other columns - Sample Label Info(1) - chelseasikoebs - VP - SDG.xlsm" with macro, and command button for Sheet2, "CreateList".
Run the macro manually, or click on the "Create List" command button on Sheet2.
As soon as I return to work, I'll give this a shot! I have an old version of Excel and it's not letting me use the macro. But, this should work great!! THANK YOU SOOO MUCH!!!
chelseasikoebs,
The macro will also work in Excel 2003, as is.
