Find and parse email address from text string

I have a column that has user input in it. Every cell has free text, and somewhere within it is an email address. I need to write a formula in the adjacent cells to find anything like email@email.com (or whatever an appropriate equivalent would be [maybe *@*.* ] and then have that email address value populate the adjacent cell.

Also, what would happen if there are multiple email addresses within the cell, can that be taken into consideration...perhaps continue to populate cells shifting to the next column. There would probabaly never be more than 3, so it wouldnt have to be dynamic, i can just copy the formulas to each of the 3 columns (i assume they would be slightly different formulas to skip the previous instances if already found)

A sample file would be helpful in this instance (remove any real addresses obviously). Also can you clarify if you are able to use VBA and which Version of XL you are using ?
(Re: VBA - this is in the Programming forum but you make mention of Formulae so unsure...)
