    spreadsheet formatting

I'm sure there's a lot of smart people who watch these forums so I'm hoping that someone can help me out.

I have a recurring need to format a spreadsheet in a certain fashion. The spreadsheet is generated by exporting some info form an online database (Zoho). I'm sure if I understood VBA better or could find the time to learn it more so, I could solve this problem myself, but I've been unsuccessful so far in finding some good learning material (specifically an API or object model reference document).

Regardless, what I'm hoping is that someone out there (who already has the know how) would be willing to help me out by providing some code that will get me going in the right direction. I really feel like this would be less than a couple hours of work for someone who knows what they're doing. Another thing that would certainly help me get started as well would be some direction as to where to look for API/object model documentation.

I could provide details of my specific formatting needs in a follow-up post as well as examples of the unformatted spreadsheet and formatted spreadsheet.

One other thing worth mentioning is that this work is for a non-profit organization located in SLC, UT. If you'd like to know specifically what organization, here's a link to our site (www.engagedencounterutah.org).
