I have a workbook with 12 sheets. First 7 sheets (let's call it GROUP A) are prepared by me and then I email the file to some folks who work data over the next 5 sheets (GROUP B). I would wish to do the following improvements, if possible:
1. When open workbook, I would like to pop up a msgbox asking if the user is the project manager or other user. If project manager, a password would be asked and allow to work in any sheet.
2. If any other user, the group A would be locked for no change any data except print and only allow the user to work on any sheet of group B.
Is that dificult to do?
