Hi,
http://www.andypope.info/vba/pmeter.htm shows me various progress bars.

i was hopeing to implement the "Animated Bar" which would be uncalculated and does not actually show the progress.

But the way i wanted it to work was.....

1. If button X is pressed, show the animated bar form + run a macro.
2. The animated bar is shown to the user while the macro on the button is working.
3. Button will just show the green lines moving from left to right, it does not actually show the progress of the macro.
4. Once the macro is complete, hide the animated bar.

so not exactly is it "progress bar" but i guess i just want something to show the user that the button is performing something and currently something is being done.

I hope someone call help?
