macro to save specific sheets to destination

hi guys
i have a workbook that has several sheets
however once i am done with the workbook i want it to automatically save a couple of the sheets rather than the whole book
is this possible via macro?

workbook for example may have 8 sheets
but i only want it to save sheet 1 and 5 and 7

It is possible via a macro to copy sheets into a new workbookadn then save the new workbook
or
delete the sheets you do not want to save from the current workbook and then save or saveas that book

Will you be wanting to save the same sheets each time. If no - will need to know how to determine which sheets to save.
