searching for an exact word

Hi there,

I have a macro that searches for the word bonus and copies it from one place to another. The problem I have though it copies the wrong cell. I have several cells with the word bonus in. The macro copies the first cell it comes across with the word bonus. Which is "QR3 bonus". I want it to ignore that one and pick out the cell with only bonus in it.

The following would find a cell containing only the word bonus - I've highlighted the portion that specifies that the whole cell must match "bonus'
