Macro for Mail Merge

Hi,

I have an attachment which contains a data of the employees in employee ID wise.For example i have provided you the five details of employees so i need a macro so that it takes the header and data of the first row given as example in the side tab and merge it through a mail with the attachment named with employee name in the mail merge.

can anyone help me out please
