    How to read data from a file and input that data into excel using vb

    Hi, I am incredibly new to visual basic and i need to create a programme which reads data from a file and sends it into a cell in an excel spreadsheet. does anyone know how to do this?

    You're not providing enough information for anyone to help. What kind of file? How is the data stored?
