usage input box and application.username

I would like to combine the application.username function with the input box however, I do not know the proper syntax.

ans = InputBox ucase(applicaiton.username) &(Are you sure that you want to RESET all Pivot Tables? All current data will be lost in the process.  Type in  Yes  or  No", "Password required"

If ans <> "Yes" Then

WHat am I missing?
