Hey all,
Upgrading to the latest version of Office has given our company access to Infopath (which is used to make forms, which is where a great number of my Excel programs were previously used.)
In Infopath the user can select which language they want to program their macros in. I have the following choices:
JScript
VBScript (It seems this is what Excel uses)
C#
C# (Infopath 2003 compatible)
Visual Basic
Visual Basic (Infopath 2003 compatible)
So my question is that since I already have a great deal of code in VBScript and a fairly solid understanding of the language, is there anything desirable about the other languages that would be worth switching formats? Does anyone have any recommendations and places they go for hints tips on the other languages?
