check the cell and skip the copy

Hi ,

I have to copy datas from excel file to one excel file.

In some cases files will be empty. Each of the three files contains title from
A to I coulmn in the row one.In all cases A to I have coulmn titles.
If it is empty then A2 will be empty. i don't want to copy that file

Also if files one is empty.
then it should goto file two , if file two is empty.
then it should goto file three
