I am in the process of creating a sheet for managing and distributing tasks to the team members.The requirement is as follows:
1. Manager Page: Manger should be able to add tasks and assign them to a particular individual selected from a list.He should specify the planned hours and date to be completed.
2. There should be different sheet in the same excel for each resource. He/ She should be able to see all tasks that are assigned to him/her, along woth other details like planned hous etc.But these fields should be locked. She can only edit the filed for actual hours worked for each task.
3. Manager's page should reflect the actual hours spent on each task by each individual. Manager should find this field locked.
You can add new ideas that would help us in mangaing, monitoring and distributing the tasks
Please help me in creating this excel.
