2nd row in current column

I can not figure out how to jump to the 2nd row in the current column. Help please and thank you.

Not sure what you mean but pressing Enter normal goes down 1 row!

Sorry, better explination. Say I am in "d73", I want to go to the second row in the current column without saying "d2".
