I would like to amend this for a single check box so to not look at the check box row column B but rather an actual reference of C21.

Not sure I follow what you want to do. Do you want to have a specific action for the checkbox that is in C21?

Morning Rylo,
If this is in a macro and assigned to a check box it will place the date in the corresponding cell to the bottom left of the checkbox when ticked.
What i would like to do is amend the part that tells it to put the date in the bottom left to put the date in cell C21.
