solver answer report for equilibrium point

Hey, Im having trouble understanding how to get this solver add in to calculate the equilibrium point of my data. I have attached my excel document containing the data and graph.

Any help will be much appreciated.

Regress the lines to linear equations and solve for the intersection. See attached.
