    Copy graphs to a powerpoint

It would be appreciated , if anybody could help on this. This forum helped me alot to comeup with lot of macros for my day to day office activitis. Most of the time I used to get macros that I required from this Site. Thanks everybody for your effort on this. Now I will let you know my requirement.

I have status reporting every month and need to prepare 50 paged powerpoint slides. All the pages are graphs and all these graphs we prepare in the spreadsheet and manually copy to slide. This is very time consuming to copy the graphs and aligh the same according to the slides. So If anybody can help me to come up with a macro that copy all the graphs one by one in each page on a button click.

Please see the sample attached my Slide format - We use same format every month - I will explain bit more my requirement
1-On a button click copy each graph to the specific slide with fixed size.
2- Some slides will have 3 graphs and some will have 2 graphs- Accordingly we need to adjust the size and position of the graph

Your effort in this regards really appreciated. Thanks in advance

    You will find information here
    http://peltiertech.com/Excel/XL_PPT.html

Do the charts need to function in ppt? If not then transfer as images.

The only other problem is how will the code know which slide and position a chart should go to?
    Cheers

Re: Copy graphs to a powerpoint

You need to loop through the shapes collection of the slide and check the shape type in order to identify which ones to delete.
