Hi. I am attempting to use a cell reference generated using the "address" function and text function (so the cell displays text only, not formula) as a means of defining the top left cell into which I want to paste a column of formulas. The reference cell is static, but the contents is dynamic. Is this possible? Would be very grateful for any advice. Thanks

I would think that whatever logic you're using to have a cell determine and display an address could be built into the macro instead to have it defined as starting cell for a value transfer.

I@m sure it could, but probably beyond my capability. Returning the relevant cell adrress is also tied up with the "Max" fuction. So it may get a bit complicated (for me) to include this all within the Macro. Can the result of the Text, Max & Address function be used in a Macro?
Have looked at using offset, but can't make it work. Help please. thanks
