Help needed learning basic excel vba

I M A NEWBIE TO EXCEL VBA.I HAD SPENT A LOT OF TIME BROWSING THE NET AND READING BOOKS ON THE SUBJECT.BUT I COULD NOT GET THE BASICS OF DEALING WITH CELLS ,RANGES AND LOOPS. I M SEARCHING DAILY AND SPENDING A LOT OF TIME ON THE NET SEARCHING FOR THE APPROPRIATE TUTORIALS. KINDLY ANY BODY HELP ME OUT IN LEARNING THE BASICS OF VBA.

I M MORE CONCERNED LEARNING LOOPING THROUGH CELLS COZ ITS GIVING ME KICKBACKS WHEN EVER I TRY TO WORK ON CELLS.

The thing is i want to learn how to loop through cells in an excel userform.

i want to learn looping through form controls like Option buttons.etc

I m learning excel vba. My problem is that i m not able to work with cells using loops. i m interested to fiddle around with cells.I want the correct syntax and usage of using cells with all the loops in different situations.

I want the help regarding the Usage of CELLS in vba.For example i want to display a message box with the data in two columns say for example, In Col A A,b,c,d,e, etc.. and in COL B the values are Apple,Boy,Cat etc.

I want to display the message box as
A for Apple
B for Boy and like wise. its just an example i had given. I hope u got my requirement.

how can i loop and how can i display it.I also want the answer not for this query but to handle cells in all situations. Hope i had given my problem
