Button click copy data to new sheet

I currently have a situation where information is entered on sheet1 on several rows. Example:

A       B
Name    x
Date    y
email   z

I want to copy the information in column B to sheet2 and have the information transposed to a single row with multiple columns. Example:

A          B           C
Name     Date        Email
x          y           z

I know this can be done with the transpose function but I want to do it with a button click.
