Button click copy data to new sheet

I currently have a situation where information is entered on sheet1 on several rows. Example:
    A B
    Name x
    Date y
    email z
I want to copy the information in column B to sheet2 and have the information transposed to a single row with multiple columns. Example:
    A B C
    Name Date Email
    x y z
I know this can be done with the transpose function but I want to do it with a button click.

    Thanks in advance!

How many rows are we looking at, and are the names and dates in different cells, or listed in the same ones.

    EDIT
See attached file, I'm sorta guessing here, your examples are sorta teensy to form a picture of an entire workbook from.

Results are placed on page 2.

Let me know if that's sorta what we're working towards, the basic structure of a three item copy program is there, not hard to modify it.

That is on the right track. However, on sheet 2, I need to have the column headings name, date, email and then have the data from sheet 1 copied under it, each person's name, date, email combination will be on a row. So, I need the script to find the next empty row and put the information in there.

The information on sheet 1 will only be entered for 1 person at a time, but the information on sheet 2 could potentially have 3000 rows on it.

    Thanks!

Take a look at the Contacts Form example here:

That is exactly what I was looking for. Thanks for pointing me to it. I had to modify the code a bit but I think I am understanding the coding a little better as a result. Thanks again!
