Check if cell is blank then move to next

Hey all,

Its been more than a year since i posted in this forum.. I'm stuck in one problem which i'm unable to solve since few days.
My problem is that, i have to check the cell if it is blank or not.. if it is blank, then check the next cell to it's right.. If the cell is not blank then copy the value and paste somewhere out of the format.. Again check the next cell to it's right and if there is value, skip it until it is the last value after which the blank cells occur and take the last value also and paste it to somewhere out of the format and now move to the next line or "ROW"

I hope the question makes sense.. If it does not makes sense, Please find the attached file where i have an example to show how my file should work with answers i want through formula or VBA..
