need code for copy/paste, highlighting columns and enabling auto-filter/freeze panes

Hi,
I am looking for code that will do the following,

Select column N, insert a column before that column
Copy cell M1 and paste into N1
in

range("N2:N").formulaR1C1="RC(-7)/RC(-2)"

Highlight this column light yellow.

"cut columns M,N highlight column R click insert cut cells"

"select cell N2, click Data->Filter->Autofilter and then Window->freeze panes"

Can anyone help me out with this?
