I am new to vba and have created a user form with 4 text boxes. The last textbox is the calculation of box1-box3-box2. I want the forth text box to show the calculation upon tabbing out of the box3. I have a command submit button to load the boxes into a spreadsheet at the end. am i going about this wrong?

The Textbox contents will be by default strings, so you need to convert them to the correct type of variable. This is one way. If there are other textboxes not included in the sum then yo need to amend the code slightly
