Print all sheets one go except one I don't want to

    Hi there,

I have a workbook e.g Financials.xls which contains 30 pages and this is linked to a number of other workbook.

At the end of each month , I have to do following:
    1) Every month save it in one new workbook say FinancialJan.xls. ( to be sent by email to the boss)
    2) Copy paste special values on all the 30 sheets.
    3) Set the print area ( all landscape) > in fact its done already.
    4) User will unfortunately have to print one by one sheet.

    Question
    1) I would like to automate at least step 2 to 4 and the boss simply has to click a button to print all.
    2) Is it possible to only copy and paste especial value for the figures link to other files and leaves all other formula such as sum , addition etc

Please note that I am currently using the Excel 2007.

    Regards
    rcaus

To get a code you can use your macro recorder,
Hide the Sheet you do not want printed, then go to file=>print and select entire workbook all sheets will be printed except the hidden sheet, then un-hide the sheet
Practice it a couple of times, then use your macro recorder to and perform the same functions.
