Finding Highest values and Lowest Values

Thank you all for your help so far on this project of mine. I really appreciate this forum!
Question: Attached is a spreadsheet. I would like to use a macros (conditional format) to select the 2 highest percentage values in the rows, then select the lowest 2 values in the row. I want to assign a color for example, red to low 2 and yellow to high 2, and I want this to omit 0.00% values. I have tried a number of range formulas, conditional formating formulas, but I can't get it to work.

    thanks for any suggestions.

PS I did not know which catagory to place this in, programing or general. Please don't hate! LOL

    Edit:
Got bored, did it for you.

You can't conditionally format something that isn't there. You CAN have it highlight the top two and bottom two items in a range fairly easily, but many of these rows have 1 or 2 numbers on them. You can't apply a "If you're in the top two then you're yellow, if you're in the bottom two you're red" apply to one value.

    Got bored.
    Again.
    Did that for you too.

The rows with 2 items or less in them will both show yellow.

    EDIT:
    I edit too much
This spreadsheet changes daily so the rows and columns will increase and decrease with each spreadsheet
you could use the same code I have put on there, and expand and collapse your sheet as desired. I didn't do any of this with VBA, it's just formulas and conditional formatting.

    Hi MewingKitty,

Thank you for this, why is it taking out the 0.00% and coloring the blank spots?

I think I need to use a VBA... Any more thoughts?

I want this to omit 0.00% values
I thought you wanted the 0's taken out of the sheet. As per it coloring blank spots, I don't get that behaviour at all on the sheet when I open it. Not too sure what to tell ya is causing that.

    Thanks,

By omit I mean leave alone. When I applied this to the page, it goes all across in yellow.

Thanks for the help, I am going to repost the question in a different way with a better example of what I am after. I think I need to use a VBA code rather than a conditional format. We will see.

    thank you anyways.

Note to Moderator: this was not solved, had to re-post better thread. Please delete this thread if you see fit.

    thank you
