Is there any way to share an excel workbook which contains macros on a LAN network and at the same time allowing users to edit at the same time.

Also I am the administrator of my LAN network, is there a way to enable this workbook with macro throughout my network, so that whenever a user opens the file. Irrespective of his macro security level he is not prompted to choose "Enable or Disable" and the workbook runs as macro enabled for all.
