Automatic New Sheet Creation

I'm trying to create a spreadsheet to manage Cost Data. Each new day will require a new tabbed sheet.

My dilemma is causing each subsequent sheet to calculate a "Running Balance" from all previous days cost figures.

I attached a simple example of 3 days worth of a few items to illustrate.

Can I use a VBA Macro to create the next day's cost sheet, automatically name the tab (i.e. next days tab named 2 Jan, 3 Jan, 4 Jan...), and enter the current date on that day's sheet?
