    Disable printing problems

    Hi,

I tried to disable users from printing the sheet
    with this code:
Please Login or Register to view this content.
Now the print symbol is greyed out, so that works. But I can't get
print to be disabled under File - Print.
Because I'm using a german excel I've tried renaming it to "Datei" instead of "File", changed the number to see what it disables but nothing gets greyed out really.
    Any help ?
    Thanks,

    Simon

To stop all printing then use the BeforePrint event, don't mess with menus.

    To stop specif sheets

To add it to your worksheet, do the following:

    Copy the code
Select the worksheet in which you want the code to run
Right click on the sheet tab and choose View Code, to open the Visual Basic Editor.
Where the cursor is flashing, choose Edit | Paste
    Hope that helps.

That's why it's best not to mess around with them.

Yeah, probably have to add that for all numbers 1-15 :-)
Because I did try quite many options...
    Thanks anyway

Thanks, have run the routine, saved and deleted it again. Glad I got that sorted.
