how chart make wid help of radio button

I need a help on chart, below is the attch sheet in which i hve three client name A, B , C with data releted to these three client also i hve a target set for these client, wat my boss is want is that make a chart for these client wid radio button so tht wen a person click on the radio button against any client ( A,B,C) A graph is make wid respect to data of these clients
